Hey all, I'm confused majorly here, I fell out with a friend over the fact that she was being a bitch, but we've made up, but another friend is telling me the first friend (dani) is angry at me, but she doesn't seem to be in the messages she sent me, I keep getting messages from her, Idk what's going on or where I stand, according to Chris, she hates me, according to her, she cares about me.

Yesterday she sent:

*tacklehugs and sneaks away* on AP and talked to me on MSN (from school :S)

Firstly, ignore what your friends tell you. Always trust the facts you have.

If she's talking to you (not yelling or ignoring you), chances are you're fine. Women like to talk about problems, so if there was one you'd know about it. The fact that she's actually told you she's fine should be more than enough.

Maybe this Chris guy has a thing for her and wants you out of the picture.

Ah, the old pitfall.
If they say "nothing" it's just a test to see if you're actually paying attention and care. In this case you need to ask another couple of times to get the right answer.

Useful phrases include "I can see that something's up, so tell me" and "I want to help".

But don't try to help, because they don't actually want you to. They only want you to listen. It's all a complex game of cat and mouse, and as guys we don't even get told the rules. Great fun
