Also, dont use motion blur if you wish to blur something as it can be very painful if used on the whole image without a resting point. Use variations of gaussian blur and smudge.

Your gfx card will do AA just fine, just not with over 10 fps - either way screenies look the same at 100 fps or .01 fps.
