well....i need you tellme how i can say server messages ussing lapper

i know there´s a option in lapper config, but it doesn't work when i change it...

i need say message every:

- 1 minute
-20 minutes
-1 hour

the format is: * * * * * * |/msg (second,hour,day,month,year)

i can't do this, please helpme...the champioship will start in 2 hours!

if you want a messege to be said every certain amount of time its fairly easy this is an example command

ScheduledAction = 0 * * * * * : 30 * * * * *|/msg Kicking time (every 30 seconds)!:/kick unnamed

now this is a good command cause on the end it has /kick unnamed this will also kick any unnamed person in game(demo only) every 30 seconds.this is how it works the 0 * * * * * = ssmmhhddMMYYYY so thats how you work out your time so if it wanted a command to say "visit my site at www.mysitehere.com" then i would do this

ScheduledAction = 0 * * * * * : 30 * * * * *|/msg visit my site at www.mysitehere.com

that will then be said on screen every 30 seconds

but, im looking for message every 20 minutes or 5 minutes...you know...the way it's the same..but i don't know how to do it

i've tested with * 20 * * * * * * |..... and it doesen't works,so im getting plop :s

I know how people say its so easy, yet I cant figure it out either. the 0 and * confuse me :/

It's very simple: * means every, number means at that particular time

s m h D M Y
* * * * * *

means every second every minute every hour etc

If you want to schedule for every 20 minutes:

0 0 * * * * : 0 20 * * * * : 0 40 * * * * |/msg This msg appears every 20 minutes starting with hh:00:00

So... if you wanted to make it say something every minuet it would have to be:




Every 1 minuet
Every 20 minuets
Every 1 hour

0 * * * * * would be every minute, on the zero second of each minute. You're making life very difficult for yourself imthebestracerthereis.
