Please bear with me, I'll try to make this brief.

Joined a nearly empty server.
Driving LX6.
Many happy laps improving my times.
Load of BMW Saubers join.
Within 30 seconds, with no collisions at all, players vote to ban me. (presumably, they wanted a one make race with no slower cars).
I left quickly.

Firstly: What am I banned from?

Second: I've looked through all my menu options etc. but cant find out where the "vote to ban" section is.
What did these people press?

Third: If I am on a server and there is a vote to ban a wrecker, can I / how do I vote?

Firstly, if the ban was successful you'll onl be banned from that server. I'm not sure how long the default bans are though, but I don't think they're permanent.

Secondly, if you press N a couple of times it'll cycle through until you get a list of all the drivers on the server. That list will let you send and receive setups and start kick or ban vote.

Third, if someone starts a ban vote it'll ask you to press '1' to add to the count. To vote against it just don't vote.

I try to avoid joining servers which have every car enabled, because you end up with a couple of people driving this and that and getting an actual race is almost impossible. If you want to get LFSW to record your progress, it's often easier to just start your own server and keep it hidden. That way your stats will update but you don't risk either a combo you don't know/like or a bunch of muppets joining.

Thats really hard to tell what happends in the head of those people and there isn't much to do with such people. Just don't take it so seriously

Press N a few times so the Connection list with names will appear at lower right corner of the screen. Right on the right after the players name there are buttons to send setup and vote to kick and ban buttons (depends from the server, some might have voting disabled)

Just press 1 if you vote yes, if no, don't press anything.
