Here's the thing, we have no idea whether there's any truth to the matter or not. No evidence supplied, so you could be making it all up, and someone could be getting banned from tons of servers because you were just "jkn".

There is nobody above the devs, and the devs will never get involved in making such silly threats to people who either race or who run servers.
