Just a quick post asking if these two additions change CPU load of the game much? Thanks..

Smoke mod can decrease your FPS hugely, but it depends what settings you use and how good your PC is.

Textures generally have little effect on FPS unless you really bump up the resolution or have a poor PC.

P4 2.4GHZ
512MB 2100 DDR
256MB AGP XFX 5500
Every in-game setting maxed @ 1600x1200 res

I spose I'll go ahead and do the textures, and try the smoke mod later - though I bet it'll bump my FPS. I currently run between 30-40, (limited to 40) Was going to go ahead and checkout the hi-res sky textures, but it's time for bed, lol..

Backup the original textures and there's nothing to lose trying new textures, I use the smoke mod as I find the amount of smoke LFS otherwise produces is rather comical, it does hit FPS when everyone is spinning in front of you but it doesn't make it unusable on my computer, which isn't as good as yours.
