Why is the price for buying S2 with Canadian dollars more than US dollars????

so it would be a little bit more.. but not by much.

canadian dollar is at 1.200 or something today. that means that it is nearly equal to the price of the US dollar. nevertheless you will still be paying about $50 canadian. I payed about $55 in febuary last year.

the canadian dollar is only at par with the US dollar becuase the US dollar market is growing weaker. Canadian dollar compared to the Euro, british pound, yen, etc is still low.

I think he thinks that its priced in american dollars, when its actually priced in Pounds

The prices on the site that are not in pounds are estimates based on the exchange rates at the time that was posted. The price is 50 pounds, no matter where you are. You don't get charged a different price based on where you are.

It's £12 for S1, £24 for S2.
