Check out the Double Vision event on 16th December. LX race around Fern Bay Black (R). Two drivers per team one in each car - LX4 and LX6. There will be RallyX too but it's optional. You can race alone if you wish too.

First come first served for the Double Vision events. A lot of entrants will be slow I expect as many of them are single seater specialists.

Yeah, i'm up for that. If the race is in December then it'll give me a bit of time to get some much needed practice in too.

I would prefer LX4 and LX6 racing, rather than GTR's and TBO's, I just don't know about the balance... Maybe the GTR's should carry a compulsory intake restriction and some balast... there's no way it can be safe racing if the GTR's lap you within 5 laps...

I think it will be safe imagin LeMans or britcar 24hr races plenty of classes like Top Gear in a 335d BMW racing against all sorts of sports cars that real racing for you! i might be intrested in this if theres going to be a round on westhill i love GTR westhill combo

If FOXs and FO8s are safe then so are TBOs and GTRs in my view. You just have to have clear rules about lapping. See any of the GFC races - especially the last one (Race 10 which I will upload tonight).

btw - it's not a choice of LXs or TBOs and GTRs. They are two completely separate events.

Double Vision is the LX event on 16th December. GTTC starts next Jan and will use TBOs and GTRs in a dual class formula the same as the GFC.

I don't really think you can base the saftey on the difference between the FOX and the FO8 compared to the Difference of the TBO's and the GTR's as it is too... well too different

If I may suggest, there be a practice race? I will try to be there and see what happens, as i'm sure everyone else that is interested will.

Yeah - a good suggestion. It's exactly what we did before the GFC and if the signups look reasonable I will set one up for the GTTC too
