In hotlapping, if the user is connected to the internet, we should be able to do commands like /w pb and /w wr, to check our pb and world record times etc. Hotlap MUST be available offline too, as an option, without these features

Yes, I have been wanting that too... and a detailed WR with splint times without looking on LFSW would go down nicely too.
