I was lookin for a really rick drifting skin with both sides even, because sometimes i see 1 side even then other side the letters are backweards...so...if any1 can help me id apriciate it

press L when you leave pit lane. The car is programmed to not go faster than that in pit lane. If that doesn't work, check your controller settings (in options) to see if you're getting full throttle.
