That screenshot doesn't really say anything about a possible bug Care to expand a bit on what you think is/was wrong? Generally a replay is far more useful than a simple screenshot.

Compare the results of the race to the results screen.

CTRA position list doesn't match with the LFS one.

I think this has come up before, was the X-System restarted mid-race ?

I was on the server when this happened. I have opened up a report on it but have not submitted it or chatted to Becky about it. thanks for reminding me =)


The only thing I can think of is that the leader had spammed and was kicked just as he crossed the finish line causing the results to mess up, I donno. Becky is the all knowing in these issues =)

Erm ok, I try to answer.

I cant think of any reliable situation in which that could occur which leaves me to believe it was an unreliable situation.

What is an unreliable situation? Well, firstly that's a phrase I just made up, but i'm using it to describe something happening out of the ordinary. We already know the CTRA handles hundreds of races a day and this is the first time such a thing has been reported. The problem therefore doesnt like in the code of the X-System, but more probably data transmission corruption, a freak accident of a combination of missing or incomplete data, possibly a combination of missing packets given how rare it is.

If it continues to happen then obviously we need to find and prove the circumstances to indentify the bug, but I have a suspiscion that it wont.
