i just download a blow off valve (bov) sound. i am not sure where to put it so that my car can have it on it. can it be put onto all cars or just one....?

where to put sounds (.wav files)
go into your lfs folder, then data, then sounds, that should work 
yeah i do that but then i am not sure how to make the car have that sound...
go to shift-A and beside the blow off sound there is an L button. click that and you will be given a list of sounds to load to that sound.
