What shall i add or take away from this skin i made (my 2nd) its abit weird looking compared to everyone else's

I really like it. Is 'Top Gear' supposed to be on the wrong way round on the left hand side?

shame. I really like the design but the backwards top gear logo really puts me off. maybe keep the cog but put the words "top gear" right way around with all the other text right way too.
