It's £51.74, although imo Vista is much better priced at £67 for Home Premium x64, and £80 for Business (which is really growing on me)

He hasn't activated yet - imo it's good practice not to activate 'till you have to anyway though, as if your OS is going to curl up and die anytime, it's when you first install it.

EDIT - Harjun, if you do get a Quad Core you will need to re-install Windows anyway - if your buying a Vista OEM it's probably best to only install it once, perhaps you could buy that when you buy the CPU, rather than buying it now?

If you don't have any specific reason to upgrade to vista other than for the pretty looks, I really wouldn't recommend it. It'll be more hassle than it's worth.

^Thats pretty stereo-typical. Vista is nice IF you take the time to set it up correctly, and configure it to a reasonable sense. But I honestly do NOT like the look and layout of Vista, seems too fruity...
