hello, just downloaded the LFS2 install file.
and when i start the installfile i get this error : "LFS_s2_alpha_x.exe is not a supported archive"

just wondering if anyone know how to fix this issue?

It's not an install file, you need to extract all the files to a folder of your choice. I recommend using WinRAR to do this. Once WinRAR is installed, right click the file and open with WinRAR.

Sounds like a duff file, where did you download it from? the main LFS site?

y, downloaded it from main site, have tried other sites to. nothing seems to work.

the file itselft is a selfextractor.

but when i run it it bug's
have downloaded a zip file to, but this one was damaged, so im suspecting that this is what has happended to the selfext. file. tried several browsers tho

Install Winrar, and right click the file and say open with Winrar, what happens then?

looks like it was just my browser or something, used another comp, and copied, worked like a charm
