I'm thinking about bugging my parents, about getting me a bike the Trek 820 you guys think this is a nice choice?

Interest and use is key; I spent three times that on my current bike. While I don't go on many long rides, and have yet to actually take it off-roading, it gets used pretty much everyday.

if people spend 300$ in a g25 why not in a bike?
