like above im not going to buy lfs because

1 my computer needs a overhaul 20 fps now

2 im w8ting to get my wheel in the mail

3 i need practice

4 i tried s2 and the lx6 with keyboard and no traction control it is impossible to drive most cars in s2 hard to drive on kboard

5 not that i wont ever get s2 ill w8 like 5-10 months for all the above to be completed then ill buy s2 by then s3 will b out so ill just aim for s3

6 last i probably want school to finish so i can race every day and become really good

LX6 is fine with keyboard.. so there isnt going to be as much control without a wheel or an alternative analogue input device, but its still race-able.. Ive seen it done, ive done it.

Wishful thinking, but, personally again, and I doubt im alone, but you wont be seeing S3 in 5-10 months.

Just buy it...you really wont regret it. Forget all those points you made and buy it!

Way to make a thread to complain. You gotta think more positive man, plenty of people race with keyboards. And a few of us here run LFS with frame-rates like that. I personally enjoy the LX-6 on keyboard and mouse, not as hard as you'd think once you get used to it.

Cheer up and keep hoping, and like mkinnov8 said, stay in school! (dont smoke weed at school)

Well, i got the front end fabricated into one whole piece (see attachment). This makes engine access easier and its 62mm longer than standard so it helps with room in the engine bay. Anyway, i was reversing the car away into the garage, and forgot about the brrom i left on the floor when sweeping up mess earlier. I was to busy looking behind me, and ran straight over the broom with the front right wheel. That then swung up and smacked the wing, shattering the arch kit and putting a nice mark and crack in the arch. I have since had it re-fabricated but it needs to be painted and i also have a spare arch kit so i haave fitted it. That also needs to be sprayed.

On topic: Its hard to stop the flaming bananas when he said he has tryed S2 when he is a demo'er :P

P.S Yes i do call my car medge sometimes! SO WHAT!!!

What settings do you have LFS on, turning down resolution, and using half-size textures will help ease the graphic load. And the demo is great for practice, try some XRG on blackwood, flip to reverse and do some XRT drifting, take the XFG onto the rally course. Switch it up a bit, for three cars and 4 track combos, you sure can learn a LOT about the physics of LFS.
