Before I post this. This is the 3rd thread that the similar topics thing hasn't picked up on.
Ok. Now the actual thread:
I'm exclusively a field lacrosse player (attack). A friend suggested I practice indoors, mainly as it's the sole place I can practice while on the course.
The gym at the course I'm on is big enough for box (just about), so my questions are...
1) Is there a difference between the equipment used for field and box
2) Similar to #1. Is there a difference in skill sets?
3) How likely am I to get hurt falling onto a hard wood floor instead of a grassy pitch?
4) How the heck do I convince people to stop playing soccer so I can practice? I'm tempted to loose off a few shots at them...*evil grin*
Note: The course is at 9am tomorrow...can any of you reply quickly please?
DK
