Since life has been rather crap lately, i was wondering what other people do for a good cheering up. I usually go race when i feel like crap, but lately racing has been crap too. I need some ays to get rid of a little anger and cheer up.
lucasdrifter Damn dude, I like your style. Is that an Orange I see? Looks like a pretty sweet area, got any wide shots showing the whole setup? I'm quite curious about that dirt jump set, they look pretty tempting. Nobody around my area has the passion to actually make jumps of that quality, we usually turn excisting things into good step-ups or table tops.

You ARE indie, do not hide your true feelings tweak. its really telling me that you really are indie, no doubt about that.... but..... but youre afraid to really let your true self just flow with it. you need to just get ride of the silly avatars, and just put up a nice indie picture that would bring out the true yuppyness.
Just take my avatar for example. Done by T. Weak himself. Notice very well done production of the image, with the nice background on the letters.. Very professional indeed. That's something that can only be achieved with a level of patience so high, that one would have to sit in a starbucks for hours, consuming moche latte grande frappuccino with salt and pepper, after moche latte grande frappuccino with salt and pepper until level of hipness is reached.
The kitchen. Usually stocked with chocolate and ice cream. It goes at an alarming rate.
Booze can also be good, if used to have a good time with good mates (not drown your sorrows by yourself). Or just entertain that prettty lady from Dustin's street corner.
Going out cycling or some other sort of a workout is a a better idea though, self moderation is not so important there. Just look at how many people over indulge. Being an obese alcoholic diabetic loner is not good for your morale in the long run.
Take a trip to either your DVD collection or Blockbuster, get a good film, and totally lose yourself for an hour or so!..One recommendation...Planet Terror...you cant FAIL to laugh at that!
I usually call my friend Matt. He's usually drunk, so I think "Well, I might be down but at least I don't feel I have to get drunk all the time like Matt does".
Then I generally open a bottle of scotch. Well you can't talk to drunk people sober, it just doesn't work like that.
Generally speaking, I organise something to look-forward to later that week, like Karting, then try and find someone who isn't doing much to have dinner/drinks/film with.
I'm gonna try and get through the week while looking forward to Thanksgiving, because when i go to my Grandmother's my cousins will be there. And their paintball guns...and about 75 acres of open woods.
