well i saw this yesterday, while driving on westhill reversed (we1r)

the actual lap record for the fox is 00.49.960 which is... woo
more then 40 seconds faster then the wr

hmm very strange, as far as i can see, its not in the lap-records
on the website (i wanted to watch the replay)...

maybe because the driver has no full-name???

That's the race where the record was set, according to the X-System. The record was held by HAN0111. It's definitely not a legit record, so I've deleted it. You're correct, it's not listed publicly because the guy hasn't completed enough details in his licence.
