Well, it's quite a minor bug, but annoying nonetheless, for some reason :p shows up as , but :P doesn't.

Pretty nit picky, but I've seen it happen many times around the forum, that it might be worth fixing.

Well, I wouldn't call that a bug, Victor would just have to add the string ":P" to the smiley replacement table.

What I think is sort of a smiley related bug is that damn half-working CAPS LOCK PREVENTION SYSTEM. If it thinks your post only consists of uppercase characters, it automatically converts them to lowercase... or something like that.

For example, you want to answer a topic with:


But all that comes out is:

Or "LOL" becomes the weird looking "Lol", etc. Granted, you can discuss the usefulness of single-smiley-replies, but I still think this system is pointless. Anyone who writes in CAPS ONLY will be ignored/flamed by us anyway

Hmm, good point, however, noparse will also prevent the smiley codes from being replaced with the real smiley images, so it doesn't really help at all (except for LOL)

So many little irritable bugs on the forum, that only effect the gifted.
