hey guys i cant upload this skin!! dammit! it says the size needs to be 1024 x 1024 to upload n when im resizing its not covering the car properly the 512 X 512 version fits properly could someone help heres a pic of the car ingame

If you are using MS Paint, go to stretch, and type in 200% on horizontal and vertical.

Photoshop and PSP both use a similar resize command - again use 200% with aspect ratio fixed.

If the image is not resizing, but the canvas is, then you are using the wrong command/tool.
