I drove with less than 25 FPS for almost 2 years and recently got a better PC and get 80+ FPS now.

While the racing experience is certainly much better I don't drive better times now.

i just drive a lot better at the beginniing of league races where there are 32 cars in, now all i gotta sort out is internet connection

His specs lead me to believe that he has the same model HP that I had previous to my current PC. That would mean that it is old type pci only, no AGP. Crap HP, it's there on the board, you can see the circuit, but the socket isn't there. That way HP can put the $0.05 socket on the MB and sell it as a larger model PC for $200 more.
