The Volvo Logo - Do something with the lights

and the yellow and blue markings with the police logo on

The Skin needs to be for the FXO

I've made a police skin as you wanted.... and the car in the first photo that you linked to was the Volvo XC70... but ive made a V70 car. Its fairly close to the real thing and I've made a volvo grille to the go on the front. This skin was sort of a mix and match of a paramedic skin I made and a volvo skin I made.

Im not posting the actual skin file untill I know that you are still interested.

I submitted a few to speedy for hte begginer pack. hopefully they'll be there soon. they look soo much like TC skins I don't want to get banned by Elmo.
