Sometimes the system goes down. There's nothing we can do about it except restart it and try to find out what caused the crash. The points only get counted when the system is running, and the system calculates the points. I can't credit you points, sorry!

Just talking with Franky.. looks like a more major outage than just the CTRA hardware. Unfortunately this means that we can't do anything at the moment.. we have to wait
