My server name is PitStopUSA

It shows on master server list, not on in game server list ?

My firewalls' set ok for the games default server port, even try it with firewall off too.

Router too has port opened as shown below :
Service DetailsService Name *LAPTOPType Port Forwarding Port 1Protocol: TCP
Global Port(s): 21-50000
Base Host Port: 21 Port 2Protocol: UDP
Global Port(s): 21-50000
Base Host Port: 21

Anyone any ideas ?
Some thing else I need to have done ?
Could be me in USA and a possible Internet router? I dont think so... been like this for days. No one connects.
Are you hosting from your own LAN?
As you will never see server which use the same Internet IP as you. If it it on the server list on lfsworld it will show up ingame. But not on your pc. You have to join manually via the LAN IP.

I join it on LAN myself YES
Sorry to bring an old thread back to life, but I reckon having a Dynamic IP address (Given by your ISP automatically for most people) could be the problem......

Is this true?

I wanna be able to setup a private server so I can 1 v 1 with my mate.... Cane I do that sitting on a dynamic IP??

Yes.

btw I solved all my probs. My router it seems can only open ports for just one PC on my network, meaning.. I can not have multiple port fowarding services operating for more than one PC at a time. Even tho my router says they are on. Mine is a Westell Model 327w.

I see.

So, it is possible to run a server with a Dynamic IP??

The problem my mate was having, is that he was using my Broadband ISP's free backup dial-up service, and for some reason, had the exact same IP address as me, hence not being able to find my game in the master list, or join specifically.... Does this sound right? I checked on LFS World, and my server was on the list...
He needs his own internet service. He could come over to ur house and LAN in tho .
I used to use a DSL connection through the modem, and I could host servers, but now I have to use a router to use the internet and now I cant host servers.. (i can still join though NP) My mate has the same Pc,Internet and Firewall settings and he can host, So what do I have to do to host?
I hear i have to open some ports on the router...what ports are these?
Please help ! :
