For the skin itself, I use Photoshop. But when I design logos (like that Suinula Racing) logo I like to use Paint.Net.

michael made another skin, im not sure about this 1, but take it or leave it. shes very plain, but its based on a real car on google.
oh and i made a scratched version 2.

If you squint until you cant see the lines of the original lights it looks good but unfortunately i agree with niko, imo the majority of fake lights look a bit ... well .... naff!

Well from some of your should i say "Unconstructive" posts to some of the noob/new/newish skinners i finnaly have the chance to see one of your skins and i quite like it, not all packed up but quite simple im not to keen on the colour scheme thoe but tis nice
