You really want a constant flow of air, so if you've only got fans by the CPU they should be pulling (hot) air out, which in turn will pull cooler air in at the front of the case.

what is teperature 3 in speedfan because mine is 67 celcius

Really depends on what your hardware is, and SpeedFan could just be reading something oddd, but nothing should be

@ chanoman315 - You want the front fans to PULL hot Air in, and you want the rear fans to PUSH out hot air. You need to get rid of the hot air, but you also need to supply fresh cold air. The fans at the front are lower than the rear ones so that as the hot air rises it is sucked through the PC...
