When i save a setup and go in game to try use it where do i find it because when i look on my setups it doesn't appear on there it's just my normal ones and not the new one i have added?

In the new patch the sets go in setups folder instead of settings and are named XRT_... instead of XR GT TURBO_... so use that it will rename your sets and switch em in the new folder! You will need to browse your lfs folder,check the little box at the bottom left,and click fix
