unknown software exception @ address 0x004b2ad1 (see attachment)

Crash occured during some tests with my insim application. It seems that LFS has received uninitialized CPP packets.
This crash is similar to this one but the crash address is different.

Don't know why it says "unknown exception". Anyway that exception 0xC0000094 is EXCEPTION_INT_DIVIDE_BY_ZERO.
