Although inserting my user name and Game Password it tells me that I am now a DEMO user. This has happened four times.
I cannot therefore set up a track to race daveebee head to head.
Although I have genuine Vendor TX ID and a Ticket Nbr I can only use the version Y as a single user.

Make sure you are using your GAME password and not your FORUM password. Check you acct settings as they can be different I think.

You need to unlock again with Y, normal with most patches.

Thanks for that but to clarify are you telling me to download the Y patch a second time? Thanks.

I've also never heard of account settings.
I've got a registered user name
a game password - a web password - a vendor tx id and a ticket no.
Are account settings something to do with them? Thanks.
