Looks like your Racing Groove (generated rubber line) has gone up the wall. A similar thing happened on South City, and it looks very similar.

Something has remained after removing ads on the bridge.
It's visible only from one side.

I just wonder when Fern Bay is due for a makeover
It has been the same from like S1 without any major changes.
