Southern Comfort with lemonade and lime. A lot of people say it's a girls drink but I think it's lovely. Vodka is rough in my opinion so SoCo would win.

Ice. I like to crunch it up afterwards.

for SoCo (i'd normally use a tall glass) but f*ck it pint it is!

Cider or lager?

Ask me the cider or lager last year and I would have said lager, but now I have gone through a phase of liking cider, especially Scrumpy Jack.
