Its obvious that i hope nothing has happened to him or anyone in his family and i have not at all flamed him, If i do everyone will be well aware, I just said what has happened, in fact i have been quite the opposite, i have supported him through thick and thin, paid him a year up front and supported him on the forum, however it would still be nice to be aware if there is a problem, dont you think

I have kept all my team, all the CD forum users informed about the problem and had no problems from them, and no questions as they are aware.

No idea to be honest Birder, first ive heard of any issues or that franky is not around. For-warning is great in theory, and of course in a perfect world, however, sometimes things just come up. Its not always possible.

So in the spirit of Christmas, im sure franky will be along shortly, he is probably out buying all his clients a christmas present, like he doesn't do enough to shame the rest of us already .

to put your mind at rest birder, i will be dealing with your e-mails first and then move on to others, after all e-mails are done i plan to read more forums and threads, then once everything appears to be in order with e-mails and support system, i shall see if i can get a nice game of something in.

There is always a reason and i am glad you are OK.

I'm afraid we can only acccept payments from paypal. Unless paypal is offered in your country, there is nothing we can do. Sorry.

I have added a poll to this vote, this will be the drawing for the prizes.

I'm not a member of the 500servers team, but I do have some experience (albeit not really recent) when it comes to online transactions.

It actually costs a significant amount of money to process various credit cards, such as mastercard and visa, yourself (and a lot of work as you have all sorts of fun talking to your bank). Third parties such as protx, tend to charge a fair bit for this service which probably just isn't profitable in the instance of 500servers.

Ask Paypal.

As TAA says, you need to ask paypal why it doesnt have your country in its list. We are simply not able to accept Credit or Visa transactions, that is a choice that 500servers has made. It can be very expensive, and basically, not worth it for the small amount of clients who cannot use paypal.

That does exclude some, and as much as we would like to provide you with a service, sometimes, we cannot.

I suggest that you try some of the other hosting services out there, google will help you find them. Also, its christmas day, I wouldn't expect a reply from Franky500 for a few days, he should be taking some well deserved time away from the screen.

Unless you are paying for a year in advance, or a lot of servers on a regular basis, I think it is unlikely that you will be able to pay via bank transfer. Why not find a team member, or a friend in a country that paypal does support and ask them to pay for you, much easier all around.

Incidently, our payment methods are stated on our website, billing system and company forums.
