2 noob questions in one?
Ive read alot about needed to let AI cars race on their own so they build up experience, but my question is do you need to set the AI to race every car on every curcuit or once they have learnt a curcuit in one car they can race in the others? I no IRL that you would b slower at first in a new car but just an thought that i couldnt find answer too.

Also the second question is - i only recently bought S2 about 2 weeks ago now how often do i get a new licence (or how many licences do you get in the first place?) because im having problems with my computer and may need to rebuild it in the next week or so and if ive only got one licence then i will have to wait untill i get another to unlock it again (i no i read about this sumwhere but i couldnt find it)

THank you for your time in readin such noob questions lol
Not the definitive answer but..

The AIs need to learn each track separately to learn them and

I think initially you get 2 unlocks and subsequently 1 a month. Not going to swear my life on that though.

The AI treat each car and track differently, you will need to train each AI on each track in each car that you wish them to race in. Remember that the AI is unfinished yet in LFS and they do not (apparently) yet handle the oval tracks properly and have some other minor faults which should be corrected in a future update. Don't expect too much from them, having said that; train them and they will certainly improve in most aspects.
About the unlocks, initially you get 3 unlocks when you pay. You use 1 up to unlock LFS for the first time. That leaves you with 2 unused. You will recieve a new unlock on the first of the month to have a maximum of 2 unused unlocks. So, if you don't do anything after initially unlocking LFS for the first time, you do NOT recieve any additional unlocks the following month. If you have to reinstall your OS or LFS for some reason, you will use a second unlock. That leaves you with 1 left until the first of the month where you will recieve an additional unlock to take you back to 2 left. If you are like me and reinstall Windows 98 the first week of the month, then decide to install Windows XP the second week of the month, you would have used up both of your extra unlocks like I did and have to wait until the following month to recieve a new one, which if you don't do anything, then you will have 1 unused. Then 2 months later, you will recieve another to boost you to your maximum of 2 unlocks. I thought 2 extra unlocks were just fine until I did this in the beginning of January, reinstalling Win98, then a week later installing XP and using them up. Then my PC broke, so I'm out of unlocks if I happen to get the thing fixed soon before February, ie, meaning a new PC or getting away with just a new motherboard/CPU.
or you can try mailing lfstech or pm vic and explain your situation, they might help.they are such nice guys
Yea, I know that . At 5 frames per second on the PC I'm using now, I'll just wait to see if I can pick up a new PC or fix mine before February. By payday, it's only 4 more days until next month.
