drag strip do not mix times with reaction
ur 1/4 mile times should b the same no matter how slow ur reaction time is specially when u are in single player mode and is tuning ,i drag in real life and times starts counting when ever the car moves and not by how good ur reaction time is ......

also it would b nice in the single player mode only, while u tuned to see ur 60ft times ....

other than that this game rocksssssss
I'd like to see it to display ET and RT seperatly, but my understanding is that in proper events it's total time that counts.

60 foot times could be nice.

Then again, drag racing improvements would be more worthwhile if we get a drag car or two. Just my tuppence.
Drag racing would need a lot of attention to make it even slightly interesting. But I don't know if that many people even want to drag around, it could end up being wasted time
That's the one thing the devs have made a real mess of in LFS.
Why include a drag strip and no cars to drive on it?

I'm don't find drag racing intresting. But some people do.

They should have left it out completely or made a car to go with it. Now the strip is just hanging there like a loose end with no real purpose or use.

There are no dedicated drag racing vehicles, but you can still drag race other cars. Much like the oval, where we don't have a stock car, or similar, but can the cars we have there.
Yes you can drive on the drag strip, but without a car with huge slicks in the back and tiny cartwheels on the front and humongous power it just isn't drag racing.

The oval is a track as any other (a very boring track but nevertheless a track) and we do have the BF1 and FO8 which are kind of close to an indy car (the american oval openwheeler). But there simply isn't anything close to a drag car in LFS.

PS. your VHPA, which is awesome, has trouble loading patch Y sets. Says they are the wrong version. Any updates coming?
Been working on an update the past week or two. Nearly there now: progress.
