I've been a little bit out of touch with what's been happening in the community lately (due to my broken wheel I haven't been racing), so I've missed out on most of the history of this LFS Tweak fro Patch Y carry on. How is it that some select members of the community have come to get Tweak even though it hasn't been released on the forum?

The program was already posted earlier in the original tweak thread but got removed because it wasn't approved by the mods/devs. Some people already got it then. AFAIK, it was the same program as the one in the link.
