well, we've had our server with lapper, until the new lfs version ...¬¬

my question is: how can i do , again, the servers with lapper???

do i need the same lapper or another version? or what do i need?

It depends what you class as the "new version" what you class as the "old version". The easiest thing would be to simply suggest using the newest version of lapper anyway and then following the instructions that come with it.
