Who uses a dyno to test 0-100km/h times? Without wind resistance isn't it a bit pointless, not to mention more inefficient on the rollers? You measure torque on a rolling road or dynomometer. Nothing else. JUST torque. And, for the purposes of this discussion, that doesn't vary (ignoring gearing), so there's no point having it 'measured'.
Bob Smith has already (for older patches at least) 'extracted' the torque curves of the cars, so you can do all the fancy maths stuff with it already.
