A £1200 banger might get you more car for your money, but will be a lot more expensive in running costs.
Was my thoughts exactly. 33 hp wouldn't work for me at all in a car unless it weighed something like 50 pounds (110 kg) on my ride to work. Looks like death on wheels to me.
At $2500 US, you can get quite a nice used Toyota or Honda with 100,000 miles on it and probably be far better off without the warranty.
But it'll only be ricing if you claim you are Schumacher, apparently. If you only rice it to change how it looks, goes or sounds then it's not ricing, and you're okay.
