Is there any program (for patch Y) that can handle running 2 insim programs in one dedicated server? Like LFSC (LFS Companion)

well if I type /insim 29999 then /insim 29998, wouldn't only 29998 work?

You run them both in the same insim port.

All insim add-ons talk to the server via the /insim xxxxx port. LFS then talks back to the server on a different port (often hard coded to your insim port +1). Other add-ons will allow you to configure the "listen" port manually. Every add-on must use a different return/listen port but the same insim port.
