so the GTRs are adjusted, or are they separate scoring?

They are seperate scoring

Also, the R4R Stock Cup will be returning very soon, which is just TBO class. Last year the FXO was banned for being too good everywhere but with the rebalancing you will be able to choose from all 3.

Update in R4R Events section when the series is launched.

And the New Dimension Multi-Make Challenge is this year using the TBO class.

We'll have a vote between this league, the Ickle-Endurance-Evening League and my new, secret League, to be the second New Dimension League of the year. One of them will happen at the end of the summer.
