DIET FOR STRESS: This diet is designed to help you cope with the stress that builds up during the day. Breakfast: 1/2 grapefruit 1 slice whole wheat toast 8 oz. skim milk Lunch: 4 oz. lean broiled chicken breast 1 cup steamed spinach 1 cup herb tea 1 Oreo cookie Mid-Afternoon snack: The rest of Oreos in the package 2 pints Rocky Road ice cream, nuts, cherries and whipped cream 1 jar hot fudge sauce Dinner: 2 loaves garlic bread 4 cans or 1 large pitcher Coke 1 large sausage, mushroom, and cheese pizza 3 Snickers bars Late Evening Snack: Entire frozen Sara Lee cheesecake (eaten directly from freezer) Additional Rules for this Diet: 1. If you eat something and no one sees you eat it, it has no calories. 2. When you eat with someone else, calories don't count if you do not eat more than they do. 3. Food used for medicinal purposes NEVER count, such as hot chocolate,brandy, toast and Sara Lee Cheesecake. 4. If you fatten up everyone else around you, then you look thinner. 5. Things licked off knives and spoons have no calories if you are in the process of preparing something. 6. Anything consumed while standing has no calories. This is due to gravity and the density of the caloric mass. 7. Anything consumed from someone else's plate has no calories since the calories rightfully belong to the other person and will cling to his/her plate.
I'm a frenchie, we rarely drink brandy (even for medicinal purposes). Can I replace it with a Kir : this is a cocktail composed with 1/3 of cassis (blackcurrant liqueur), 2/3 of Bourgogne Alligoté (well known french white wine, AKA Burgundy)
Thanks for help
Edit : Ooops, forgot that : Me.Profile.FloodCount++;
Edit2 : proportions updated <------------ here is the Progress Report
Edit3 : As I'm writing a Progress report, this post isn't flood anymore. Decreasing FloodCount
Me.Profile.FloodCount--;
I've forgot a important point : the wine has to be cold (put the bottle 1h in your fridge's door, not the freezer, of course), and never never never use ice (if u do that, canon Kir will come back from heaven for revenge)
ok?
Me.Profile.FloodCount++;
Edit2 : made a mistake, good proportions are 1/3 cassis, 2/3 wine, sorry about that.
//As I'm editing my post, I have to decrease Floodcount
Me.Profile.FloodCount--;
//Hmmm Not sure. Writing a post-it, and puting it on my CRT
This thread is a 'fun thread' (some might argue it actually contains relevant info as well, like plumbing tips ) - not a complaints or bug reports or progress request thread.
eheh I got kind of a funny plumbing related story...
Well my dad is remodeling our bathroom, and he was doing some of the piping on it. Well the bathroom is on the 2nd floor, right above where my computer _Used_ to be. So he thinks all is well, and turns the water back on. Then we go to town to get a fitting or something. Come back, to my nice new 19" CRT ($250) Monitor and go to turn it on, to find it wont go on.. So I go wtf? and look at the top of it, and its coated with water. Water leaked through the floor, and directly into the monitor... Yah, my luck rules... So I let it dry out for like 2 weeks, then RMA'd it, and they sent me back a new monitor. :O ehehe...
Of course this contains relevant info
No problem, if you're going to redecorate something over there in the Netherlands... We'll glad to assist you and edit some pics of you Vic
