Is it possible to do shif+P to repair the engine?
Its just one lap penality?

For example, a pilot do 24 lap, he cross the startline, he press shift+P, then he join the race, he pit and there is a driver swap. So there is one lap penality so its like the pilot did 23 lap.

Is it correct?

Shift-P will result in a -1 lap penalty and after the race the shift-p's will be investigated.

Shift+p for no reason is not encouraged.

Every shift+p will be issued with a +1 lap and after the race we will evaluate whether that shift+p was beneficial for that particular team. If needed additional penalties will be issued to ensure a fair outcome.

But isn't every shift+p benefical for a team in the same way?

"get stuck and don't use it - race is over !!! ",
"engine damage and not use it - race is over (well or better completly senseless)

Both shift+p have the same result - "the race is not over"

So why should there other or different penalties for the same thing

Car was traped in sand, I did not shift+p to gain any advantage but to get out of there.
The tracker already added 2 laps for 2 times shift+p.

Correct. Getting out of there is an advantage, hence the 1 lap penalty. In real life it would cost you much more time.

A question here. We have made a protest of this accident since we where pushed out by a GT1 car. If the protest goes our way does that make any differens of our +1 lap penalty?

If you provide us with footage concerning the actual incident (to complete your protest) and it's outcome, undoing the +1 might be an option.

No, no penalties for disconnects.
