Question concerning penalty weights, it looks like MoE is going to use some ballast in FZR, if so will lfs-gt use that too or not?

i hope not, im glad that those standart weight crap is over. we should keep it as it is, whats the fastest car anyway? im completely uninformed

We will not use any extra weight for this race, let's see how it goes. Then i'll make a decision about weight.

Thats a link to the thread about the talks that have been about the balancing of the classes.

Long story short for the GT1 class, your LFS GT GT1. The FZR will be quicker on race pace than the XRR with ease unless some weight is added to remove a few tenths from its lap times. Even though the WR times are close the two cars have different race paces. The current testing in MoE is that the FZR might have an additional 15kg of weight.

So the weight would be the only change I need to make?

Sorry, I'm new and I'm trying to work out why I'm 5 seconds off the pace

whats the sense in adding weights... thats crap in my opinion. Finally the cars are balanced and now the weight adding starts again. We had a 12h Race last weekend and we had no chance against the XRR on as4r, they were 1 second faster without even driving fast. It really depends on the Track.
