Help with Analyze for Speed
Cant get this to work. I followed the instructions in the readme but it complains about not being able to load the track map or something like that. I copied the files from the zip into the proper lfs folders and still nothing.
Have you also copied the track segments of Blackwood (came with AFS) into your smx folder? On their homepage i recall they had a note saying "AFS currently includes the track segment files for Blackwood only." I had a similar problem but it works alright now.
#3 - axus
The SMX files can be found here.
Place them in [LFS Folder]\data\smx
More info can be found here.

Quote : Something to remember:
* Ticking / unticking "Faded racing line under braking" in preferences will come into effect after restarting AFS

* Make sure to copy the track segment files (.tsf) in your AFS folder into LFS\data\smx folder if you don't already have them there.

Ahh, I just followed the link axus posted. It doesnt seem like the program included all of those but I'm puzzled because blackwood should have worked at least. I will try again. Thanks everyone.
It still don't work for me.
I have it working, but I thought it would do more "analyzing" than what it does. I might be missing something I dunno. Does it just show you the path driven during the race? I was hoping it'd give some breaking-point tips, better line tips, ect.
If you download a WR replay and save the RAF file from that, then you can 'Add Replay' to compare your lap against the WR lap (you can add several different laps too).

Then you'll start to wonder how they can pull nearly 3G in a FOX and floor the throttle without spinning
Analyse for speed web site says "AFS currently includes the track segment files for Blackwood only" .. is there any where to get the track segment fiiles for other tracks ??/
