External meters, indicators and controllers
Sure, there are tons of threads that tells this-and-that about external speedo & rev meters, shift indicators and switch panels, but it would be helpful that someone would make actual schematics / how-to about these things.

If someone is willing to write step-by-step how-to (Including sourcecode), I (and I guess lots of others) would be really grateful.

Indeed. I didn't meant that "Now solve resistor using tin and solvering station (as shown in picture #23.1)".
but i've seen people actually do this as a project and stuff...so it takes a few days, maybe a video would do...
Here is a step-by-step guide:

1. Build the hardware
2. Code a program to control the hardware
3. ???
4. Profit

I can find those instructions on /b/ all by myself...
Found useful gadget in ship simulator forum:

Simply put, it is AD-convertor. Can be used to make switch panels (For example, external horn and ignition buttons plus axis for hand brake). Doesn't require software, it is completely plug'n'play. I'm going to order it soon and we'll see if it is as practical as it looks.

sift through this thread. It has links to everything you need.

Original credits go to kada, I used Nick_A's version (I used a 3 light rev meter, and a fuel light and rpm limiter light).

If I could do it, anyone can. Trust me.
(I got a splitting headache from inhaling a lungfull of soldering "smoke", yet I somehow managed to build it)
