Yeh, get a dds converter search for it in google or somewhere then open it up once downloaded go into your data folder then your dds folder with the dds converter find the cars rear lights u want car code then _interior1 (E.g XR_interior1) is the XRG,XRT and XRR lights. convert it to .jpg (or anything else) and open up photoshop or another program you use and fill the rear lights in black and turn down the opacity and there you go save it and convert it back into .dds with the dds converter.

tell me the lights want tinted and by how much and i could prolly do it for you
