I haave bought an a6 format tablet
To bring my manga drawing and car skinning to a new level

But now come some question i want to know how to make shades and lightning using adobe Photoshop elements

If someone has the good info ore tutortaral it would be verry much apreciated

There should also be corel painter included in the box. I recommend using that one.

By the way, there's no "shine and shade" tool in any on 2d software.So you'll have to paint your own shadows and lights.There are many ways to do it. Google it and you'll find tonns of tutorials.
