Grab the file and put it into your DDS folder.

LFS>DATA>DDS

I'm guessing u have Vista, I had this problem and fixed it

Solution:
1. Open LFS/DATA/DDS
2. At the top of the window click on (Circled Yellow in the picture)
3. Copy the file there, and your done!!!

I have Vista but I don't have compatability file because I got home premuim but I found another solution

I found a data file on my desktop and got the logitech wheel on it, it worked!

P.S Your wheel looked very good for GTR car! (etc FXR)
